EARLY HALLOWEEN PREVIEW

There will be much to talk about in the coming days about the weekend nor’easter. For this post, we focus on Halloween, which is a week from tonight.

Once this weekend’s storm departs, another may form on its coattails. While perhaps slightly weaker, it would still bring showers and breezy conditions Monday into Tuesday. Conditions will slowly improve Tuesday, with skies fully clearing by Tuesday night as high pressure builds into the region.

This means dry, tranquil weather for the candy-riddled holiday. The air in place will already be pretty chilly, but an extra little shot would drop lows into the 30s for Halloween morning. Afternoon temperatures will reach the low 50s, falling into the 40s for trick-or-treat time.

So get ready for a wet stretch beginning Saturday but drying out in time for Halloween!
