Frost Advisory Tonight Eastern Suffolk
Cold spots in Suffolk County tonight might see temperatures cold enough for some frost so the National Weather Service has put Eastern Suffolk under a frost advisory. The growing season is underway and frost could harm tender plants so if you have already taken plants outdoors, at least bring them back closer to the house.

Forecast Friday Morning Lows
Elsewhere on Long Island temperatures will stay above freezing and lows will be closer to or just under the 40 degree mark with clear skies overnight with light winds.
Clouds will be back on Thursday and there will be rain arriving here late in the day or for Thursday night. Temperatures Thursday will be in the 50s and Friday looks damp and dismal with on and off rain and temperatures just in the upper 40s to lower 50s.
Weather conditions should improve on Saturday but another weather system heads our way for Sunday. The pattern we are in is not a good one with weather systems coming through every couple of days and a chilly flow from Canada and New England. JOESTRADAMUS has more on this.
