Rain Monday Night Into Tuesday
Satellite and radar loops this morning show the spinning upper low that is sitting along the east coast. If you look at the radar loop you can see the showers over Long Island moving northeast while the showers back in Central Pennsylvania are moving southeast. This is showing us that the upper low sits in between, Don’t expect it to move much into Tuesday.

In fact we have another low that will be developing off the coast and moving northward which will bring a round of rain here late Monday into Tuesday morning.
Temperatures today will head into the 60s today with clouds keeping temperatures down. It will have a damp and dreary feel pretty much all day. Lows tonight in the 50s. Monday there could be some brightening of skies or a break or two of sun. Highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Then some rain Monday night and Tuesday morning with leftover clouds later Tuesday. Highs in the upper 60s to lower 70s.
