We continue to be under the influence of a strong storm in Eastern Canada which is driving dry air southward. Winds were gusty again today but not as strong as Sunday.

Tuesday Forecast High Temperatures
Tuesday winds will diminish some more to a more reasonable 10 to 15 mph with a few higher gusts and plenty of sunshine. An upper air disturbance is moving through this evening but clear skies will follow later tonight and lots of sunshine for Tuesday with highs in the 70s to near 80.
There is nothing of consequence on the radar to worry about through Wednesday. We think the dry air flow to the north will dominate and take longer to exit to the northeast. This should keep us in sunny skies on Wednesday. Thursday a disturbance dropping to our south might bring in clouds and the risk of a shower but it could very well turn out to be rain free.
In the longer term we are optimistic on the weekend even though the European model paints a very gloomy picture for the weekend in the form of a coastal storm but the GFS has shown above would be a sunny warm weekend.
