RAINFALL SHOULD TOTAL 2 INCHES OR MORE AND LOCAL FLOODING IS POSSIBLE.
WINDS AND RAIN WILL BEGIN TO SUBSIDE EARLY ON TUESDAY THOUGH SKIES MAY NOT CLEAR OUT UNTIL WEDNESDAY.
As far as the tides are concerned here is the latest surge forecast from the National Weather Service. Tides will run 2 to 3 feet above normal at high tide Monday with 3 to 4 feet possible in Western Long Island Sound.
